Details
A. Inspect for internal cracks, heat distortion and heat blisters.
B. Inspect slipjoint area for cracks and bulging.
C. Inspect tailpipe shroud area for cracking.
NOTE: Entire system must be sent in.
RH tailpipe – it has a orange asbestos wrapped packing and tape material on the tailpipe shroud.
If the asbestos wrap on the shroud needs to be removed and repaired, the entire unit needs to be sent to piper after we perform repairs for re-wrapping.
