Customers will need to supply Quality Aircraft Accessories with a UPS, Federal Express, or DHL account number for shipping items from Tulsa, Oklahoma to your country. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges, duties, and taxes. A $25.00 shipping and handling fee will be added to all international orders.
Quality Aircraft Accessories is EASA approved and provides an 8130-3 FAA form with EASA statement for aircraft accessories or aircraft components shipped internationally upon request. Quality Aircraft Accessories’ EASA Part 145 approval certificate reference number is: EASA.145.5982
Customers are invited to use any of the following forms of payment: VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, or wire transfer. If paying by wire transfer, please include routing number, swift code, address of bank and bank account number. If you have questions or need additional information, please contact Rachel Jones.
Please inform us when you complete the wire transfer so we can confirm receipt and process your order for shipment. Note: The net amount received must match the invoice total.
When returning cores for a refund or credit customers are responsible for all shipping fees, duties, and taxes. Please mark your shipments “DOOR TO DOOR” on customs forms and note that charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. Once we receive and validate your core, you will be refunded/credited the core amount charged.
