Sky-Tec Solenoid/Contactor product line sold to Lamar Technologies

Effective September 22, Hartzell Engine Technologies has sold its Sky-Tec solenoid/contactor product line to Lamar Technologies LLC. This is another example of HET’s strategic focus on product lines that fit our competencies, so that we can deliver truly excellent products to our customers. Once we integrated Sky-Tec business and determined the contactor products weren’t a fit for HET, we reached out to Lamar knowing this was one of their core competencies. Lamar will provide a good home for this business
