Credit card and open account customers have a 30 day grace period for core returns. Credit cards will be automatically charged on the 31st day for cores not returned within the grace period as consent was given as a condition of listing the core. Cores charges associated with online sales will be charged at the time of sale. Open account customers will be invoiced on the 31st day for cores not returned within the grace period. Core invoices will be due and payable upon issuance.
Credit for cores received after the 30 day grace period will be discounted by 10% if received within 60 days of invoice date. Cores received after 60 days of invoice date will be discounted 25%. Cores received after 90 days will be subject to management review and may be returned with no credit issued. If a returned core is not repairable or requires replacement parts over and above the parts replaced as a condition of the normal overhaul as dictated by the OEM in the overhaul manual, credit will be adjusted accordingly. Further, should QAA be charged over and above charges by a third party supplier for replacement of parts beyond the normal overhaul, the costs of those over and above parts will be deducted from the core credit without markup.
Cores requiring inspection by an outside party could take up to 90 days to complete thus affecting application of credit.

Deviations from stated core policy can be requested in advance of core due date and are at the discretion of Management.
Cores are an important part of our business and we routinely buy cores to compliment our stock. If you have a core(s) that you would like Quality Aircraft Accessories to consider, please note the "Core Rules" below.
2. If Quality Aircraft Accessories is interested in your core(s), you will get a call from us shortly after we receive your core submission form. If you don't hear from us, we do not have a need for your particular core(s) at this time.
3. Core offers are kept on file for one year as our core needs change. Quality Aircraft Accessories may contact you in the future to determine if the core(s) you offered are still available.
4. You will be responsible for all shipping costs. If we are interested in your cores and request that you ship them to us for review/inspection, and the cores are rejected, if you want the core(s) returned,you will be responsible for the return shipping costs as well.
