QAA Acquires the Assets of Executive Accessories; South Florida Presence Created
Tulsa, OK – Quality Aircraft Accessories (QAA) is pleased to announce the acquisition of the assets of Executive Accessories, an FAA approved repair station located at the Ft. Lauderdale Executive Airport in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, and the commencement of operations at the previous location of Executive Accessories.
“Since 1999, QAA has served our global customer base from a single location in Tulsa, Oklahoma. With a South Florida presence, we now have greater access to one of the most robust general aviation markets in the world,” said Brett Benton, President of Quality Aircraft Accessories. “There are many accessory distributors in the marketplace, but very few of them can service what they sell locally. We are changing that. Now you can have your engine accessories bench-tested, repaired, overhauled, and exchanged or purchase a factory new unit all in one location.”
“Combining resources with QAA allows us to expand our service capabilities beyond magnetos and alternators,” explained Todd Decker, General Manager of the Ft. Lauderdale facility. “We will be adding overhaul capabilities for fuel pumps and starter generators in the next 90 days and are enlarging our facility to accommodate the full complement of engine accessory overhaul capabilities in the near future.”
Going forward, QAA continues to look for ways to partner in new markets as well as expand its service reach throughout the US.
